The season lasts from May 1st through Sept.30 (October 12 for returning campers).
Electric is metered monthly at .18 per kwh.
Well Water is included in the cost.
Sewer pump out is available weekly for $15 on an as needed basis or we have a free dump station. You do not have to be present for pump out.
The campground is pet friendly, no pets in the pool area.
A 20% down payment is required to reserve your site for the next season. No refunds.
Winter Storage is $125 – (Only with upcoming summer down payment)
Gate will be locked, and you cannot drive to your camper during the winter. You may walk to your camper during the winter months from the office.
Guests pay a fee of $7 per person to visit for the day or $5 after 5 pm. Plus, an additional $3 to spend the night. Campers must register all guests prior to visit.
Membership camp permit includes use of the pool and all scheduled events.
Golf carts are allowed with proper insurance and a $100 yearly fee.
The site is for two married adults (significant other) and their minor dependents only. 2 children are included if you have no minor dependents. Additional adults are $125 for the season. Additional minor kids are $75.
No roofs, posts in ground, decks or sheds without manager approval.
